JPG to Word OCR Converter

JPG to Word OCR Converter can be used to convert the image of JPG to Word document. The application can recognize six kinds of languages appearing in the image and convert the image to editable Word document. The user interface (UI) of JPG to Word OCR Converter is presented in Figure 1. The image files listed on the left are the images which need to be converted. You can use the "Add File(s)" button below the list to add the JPG files, or drag all the files into the table. For adding JPG image files into the application, you can also right click the mouse in the list and select "Add files" option in dropdown list. To delete or remove some file, you can click "Remove" button. "Remove All" button is used to remove all the files from the table.

There are 13 selectable options in "Output Options" group box for your choice. Options from 1 to 7 are used to set the layout format for output documents. They are always applied when the original files are PDF documents. Options from 8 to 13 are supported languages about the OCR technology. They are appropriate for both PDF and image files. For example, if the language in the JPG image file is French, you should choose the ninth option "OCR PDF and Image files (Language: French)". In "Output Formats" group box, please choose the format as "MS Word Document (*.DOC)" to convert JPG to Word. If you want to browse the output document at once after the conversion, please check "View after convert" option.

Please click "Convert" button to specify the location for output document in "Browse for Folder" dialog box. You will get a new Word document with few wrong characters in a short while. Please see the comparison between original image and new Word document in Figure 2.
