How to use VeryPDF PCL Converter?

You can use VeryPDF PCL Converter to quickly and accurately generate images or PDF from PCL, like PDF from PCL, PS from PCL, etc. The following part takes the PCL to PDF for an example to show how to take four steps to do the conversion.

Usage of Graphical User Interface

1. Run VeryPDF PCL Converter

Please download VeryPDF PCL Converter and install it on your computer. Then, you can double click the icon on your desktop to run this program. The interface of VeryPDF PCL Converter as the illustration will be displayed on your screen.

2. Input Source Files

You can choose one of the following three ways to input source files.

Click Add File(s), select the files you want to convert in the dialog box that pops out, and then click Open.
Click the tab File above the list box, > select the item Add Files from the list, > choose the files you want to convert in the dialog box that pops out, > click Open.
Click the tab File above the list box, > select the item Add Directory from the list, > choose a folder in the Browse for Folder dialog box that pops out, > click OK.

The added files' names, sizes, types, etc. will be displayed in the list box of the main interface. You can remove some of the added files by pressing the Delete key.

3. Set output options

Supposing you plan to create PDF from PCL, and want to set passwords for the output PDF files, please do as follows: Open the setting dialog box by clicking Setting under the list box of the main interface. > Set output format by selecting .pdf from the Output format combo box. > Click the tab PDF Security on the tab bar in the dialog box, > enter passwords in the User Password edit box and the Mater Password edit box; or either. > Click OK.

4. Create PDF from PCL

After setting the output options, please click Start on the main interface. The Save As dialog box will pop out right away. > Choose a folder in the Save As dialog box to export the result PDF files into, > and click Save.
