PDF Search and Replace Tool provides a simple method to search and replace text in PDF files. It can search text and replace the text with text or with images. It can search and replace text in multiple PDF files.
Most PDF editors cannot do the task to search and replace text automatically, and PDF Search and Replace Tool is just the right one you need. This application is free for evaluation, and you can download and install it free. After running the application, you will see the main interface which is snapshotted in Figure 1.

PDF Search and Replace Tool can search words and replace them with words. It can also search texts and replace them with images. This article will show you how to search text in PDF and replace the text with images using PDF Search and Replace Tool.
In the interface, click button Add to add PDF files to the process queue. Buttons Remove, Clear, and other buttons are for manipulating the items in the File List.
Set an Output Folder to save the new PDF files with searched text replaced.
In tab According to Content, select child tab Replace with Images, and then you will see the replacement setting interface as shown in Figure 1. Click Add Rule in the child tab, and you can input the text as Find what, and select an image as Replace with. You may set a proper Image Width and Image Height to avoid breaking the layouts of the PDF page. If you want to disable some rules added by mistake, please click the number of rule and then click button Remove Rule to remove it from the rule list.
Last step, click button Replace in tab Replace with Images, and then all searched words in all the added PDF files will be replaced by given images.
The operations to search text and replace text with text are similar with those mentioned above. You can implement them in child tab Replace with Text in tab According to Positions.
