You are able to convert your PDF document to TIF format image on Mac OS system easily if you choose the application PDF to TIF Converter for Mac OS as your assistant. By using this application, you are able to create multi-page TIF file, use different kinds of TIF compression methods, set image resolution, color depth, etc. So please read the following contents.
Please click here to download PDF to TIF Converter for Mac OS to your Macintosh and you can double click the installer to set up the application on your computer. Just choose a destination for it and you can fulfill the conversion by following the installation wizard. So now you are able to convert PDF to TIF by following the steps below.
1. Add PDF document into PDF to TIF Converter for Mac OS
In the opened main window of PDF to TIF Converter for Mac OS which is shown in Figure 1, you can see a file list used to list converted PDF document. If you want to add PDF into it, please click "Add" button to open file picker window in which you can select PDF document and you need to click "Open" button to add it into the app. If you want to remove the added file, you can click "Remove" or "Remove All" button. In preview window on the right, you can see the preview of each page of input PDF document.

2.Set parameters for target TIF file
In "General Settings" group box, you are able to specify the image resolution, color depth, invert image, antialias text or vector in "Resolution", "Color depth", "Invert Color", "Antialias Text" or "Antialias Vector" boxes. In "Output Format" spin box, if you have chosen ".tif" as output format, the group box "TIF Settings" will be activated, which is unavailable when you choose other output formats. In "Compression Mode" spin box, you are able to choose any one of TIF compression method from the supported options. If you want to create a multi-page TIF file, please check "Multi-page TIF" option.
3. Convert PDF to TIF
In "Output Format" spin box, please choose ".tif" as the right one. In "Output Folder" text box, you need to input the path for target file yourself. If you don't like this way, you can also click the button besides the text box to open a window in which you are able to specify the output location for target file. If you want to view the target file when the conversion is over, please check "Show output folder when conversion is finished" option. At last, please click "Convert" button to run the conversion from PDF to TIF.
