This is a guide of basic usage of PowerPoint to Flash Converter. It contains six parts:
1. Download and install | 4. Set animation effects |
2. Add files to process queue | 5. Set Flash playback options |
3. Set frame size and rate | 6. Convert PowerPoint to Flash |
Download the installer of PowerPoint to Flash Converter from this hyperlink. Double click the file of installer in your Windows Explorer window and install the application following the instructions.
This application supports batch conversion and you have to add the original PowerPoint documents to the process queue. You can press the button Add PPT File as shown in Fig. 1, and then you can add those files in a popup file-picker dialog box. You can directly drag those files from window of Windows Explorer and drop them into the interface shown in Fig.1.

As displayed in Fig. 1, you can set the frame width, frame height and frame rate with option Movie Width, Movie Height and Flash frame rate.
You can set the parameters about, e.g., Enable Slide Transition Animation, how to deal with PowerPoint animation effects with those options in the right part of the graphical interface displayed in Fig. 1.
You can set whether to loop the created Flash movie, show the loading bar or control bar with those options in group box Flash playback properties as displayed in Fig. 1.
After setting all options, just press the button Convert as displayed in Fig. 1, and your PowerPoint documents in the process queue will be converted to Flash accurately.
