The Home tab

Under the title bar, you will find two tabs: Home and Setting. Under the default Home tab, there are four buttons:

—click this Import PPT button to input a PPT or PPTX file.

—click the Template button to choose a high quality background provided by the software as the flash background. 

—click the Save button to save the flash onto the computer.  

—click this About button to view the version information of the product.

To get help, you can click the Help buttonon  the left side of the title bar.

2.2. The Setting tab

Under the Setting tab, you will see the options as below.

After set any of the following options, please click the Apply button . You can choose to:

Add hyperlink—please type the hyperlink in the edit box, which will add hyperlink effect on the logo. Here please make sure taht do not Hide Logo, or else the hyperlink will be invalid.

Add logo—you can add a logo to the flash by clicking after the Logo File edit box. Two formats are         supported: PNG and JPG.

Hide Logo—if you don’t want to display the logo on the flash 3D wall, you can click the check box before         Hide Logo.

Set flash background—click the double arrow under Style , and then a menu will appear where you         can find three ways to define the flash background:

  • Image background—please select an image as the flash background as follows:  click the double arrow under Style, → choose Image from the menu. → Click the button after the File edit box.  → Choose an option from the dropping down list after Position. → Click Apply.

  • Pure color background — please do as follows:  click the double arrow under Style, → choose Pure Color from the menu that appears. → Click the button after the Color edit box.  → Pick a color from the Select Color dialog box and then click OK to close that dialog box. → Click Apply.

  • Gradient color background—please set gradient color as the flash background as follows:  click the double arrow under Style, → choose Gradient Color from the menu that appears. → Click the button after the Start Color edit box.  → Pick a color from the Select Color dialog box and then click OK to close that dialog box. → Click the button after the End Color edit box. → Pick a color from the other Select Color dialog box and then click OK to close that dialog box. → Click Apply.

When you set the following options, you don’t need to click Apply.

Hide buttons on flash -Click this button to open the Buttons dialog box where you can click the        check boxes to hide the Information button and Share button on the output flash 3D wall.

Edit flash information-Click this button to open the Book Information dialog box where you can         set 3D wall information.

3. Convert PowerPoint to Flash

You can take three steps to convert PowerPoint to flash.

    Step 1—input PPT /PPTX

  • Please click the Import PPT button on the tool bar.
  • When the Import PPT dialog box as below appears, you can click the icon after the first edit box to import a PPT from the computer. To preview the PPT, you can click the icon .
  • If you like, you can select a page range for the input PPT. Just click the radio button before Custom Range. Then type the numbers of the pages you want to convert from PPT slide to flash in the edit box, for instance, both 1,3,7-9,15-20 (without space after comma) and 1, 3, 7-9, 15-20 (with space after comma)are ok.
  • Click Import to start importing.

    Step 2—design flash

    You can click the buttons at the top of the main interface to design the flash 3D wall. We have introduced    the buttons at the last part.

     

    Step 3—convert and share

    Three output formats are supported: HTML, ZIP and EXE.

    —save output flash 3D wall as a ZIP file

    —save output flash 3D wall as an EXE file

    —save output flash 3D wall as a HTML file

4. View and Play Flash

After convert PowerPoint to flash 3D wall, you can use any popular browser like Safari, IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera to open the output flash file that is saved as an EXE, ZIP or HTML file.

  • Zoom in/out the 3D wall —to zoom in or zoom out the whole slide 3D wall, you can scroll the mouse.
  • Tilt the 3D wall—to tilt the whole flash 3D wall, you can put the cursor on a blank area of the display box, and then keep pressing the right mouse button and move the mouse.   

5. Requirements
