VeryPDF PDF Description Editor can be used to edit PDF descriptions. PDF descriptions are some property strings embedded in a PDF for describing a PDF. The descriptions include title, subject, author, keywords, creator, producer, and so on. These properties are useful for archiving and searching PDF archive data base.
The following words will present how to edit PDF descriptions using VeryPDF PDF Description Editor. Download, install and run the application, you will get the interface as displayed in Figure 1. Before processing the PDF, you have to specify them. You can click Add to select PDF files and add them into the File List in the top of the interface. Buttons Remove and Remove All are for removing the added items in the file list.

Specify a directory for saving the processed new PDF files by inputting a path in the input box of Output Folder. Now click the button Option to set PDF descriptions.

Figure 2 shows the Option dialog box for setting PDF descriptions. You can edit PDF descriptions like PDF Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, Creator and Producer for your added PDF files in the file list. After setting those descriptions, click Apply and save the values. In the main interface, click Start and your PDF files will have the descriptions you specified in the Option dialog box.
As you see in Figure 2, VeryPDF PDF Description Editor can also compress images and fonts of PDF with options Image and Fonts, and encrypt PDF with option Security.
