Click the button to draw a vertical line and separate the text, then you will see that the text is separated to two columns by the vertical line. The text and tables are previewed under the page view.

You can resize the rectangle with the eight control points to adjust the selection area. You may also move the vertical line to adjust the columns. Buttons and are to remove the unwanted rectangle and lines.

Click the button Save and then choose CSV File in the coming Save dialog. Now the tabular data of PDF are extracted to a CSV file by PDF to CSV Table Converter for Mac.
