This application is free for trial, and you can download and install it for free. After running the application, you will see the interface as shown in the following image.

Click the button Open to load a PDF file into the application. Then the thumbnails will be previewed on the left panel. The current page will be displayed in the interface. You can use the Up and Down arrow buttons to navigate the PDF and the Zoom In and Out buttons to zoom the page.
Before exporting the table data to output files, you have to specify the table. Click the button Draw a table and then draw a rectangle in the PDF page. The text covered by the rectangle will be extracted and previewed on the panel in the bottom. Click the button Draw vertical line , and then move the mouse cursor to the top or bottom border of the rectangle. Click and draw a vertical line after the cursor becomes a cross "+". The vertical lines divide the text to separated columns. The divided columns are previewed instantly in the bottom of the interface. Buttons and are used to Remove the table and Remove selected line. Click the button Apply to All to apply the column division settings to all other pages of the PDF.
After arranging the table content and columns, click Save button and then choose a target format, Excel or CSV. The extracted table is now saved as Microsoft Excel or CSV by VeryPDF PDF Table Extractor.
