PDF Invoice Content Splitter

PDF Invoice Content Splitter is a special tool for splitting PDF invoice document. It is different from other PDF splitters that it can split PDF files by the content of PDF. With this application, you can split PDF invoice by the invoice number. The following words are mainly about how to use the application.

PDF Invoice Content Splitter is free for evaluation. You can download and install the application free, and get a trial privilege in limited times. Run the application, and you will see the main interface as shown in Figure 1.

The File List in the interface is for listing PDF files in the process queue. You can use buttons Add, Remove or Clear to add or remove items to or from the list. The application splits PDF based on created rules, and every rule is created from the content of the first PDF file in the file list. So, you should use buttons Up and Down to move the reference PDF file to the first position of the file list.

Click button Rule to create a rule. Figure 2 shows the window for creating a rule. Click one word in the PDF page, and you will see a small button beside the word. Click the button to use the word as rule criterion. In this case, you can select the invoice number as the rule. Input a name and click button Save Rule As in the upper right corner of the window, the word and its position in a page will be remembered and used as rule later.

In the main interface, before splitting, you should select an Output Folder to save split PDF files. Select the rule that you just saved in dropdown list Rule Name, and then choose a Split Method. If you choose the method Split when the next page has different text in the specified position, the application will search and compare all words in the rule position of all PDF pages, and split the PDF when the text in the position of the current page is different from that of the next page. In this occasion, all pages with different invoice numbers will be split to separate PDF files.
