Open a command prompt window in your Windows system, and then you can run the application.
The commands for exporting descriptions of a PDF is
pdftoolbox in.pdf -getinfo -outfile info.txt
In the commands, the input file is in.pdf, and the option -getinfo tells the application pdftoolbox to export descriptions of PDF file in.pdf. The descriptions including PDF title, author, subject, keywords, etc., will be saved in info.txt in regular format. Then you might use these descriptions for searching or archiving. Furthermore, you can also apply these exported descriptions to other PDF with -setinfo option.
