PDF to PDF/A-1b Converter

Please see Figure1, it is the main interface of PDF to PDF/A-1b Converter. There is a file list used to list the PDF documents which need to be converted. The button "Open" below the file list is used to add PDF files to the file list. "Remove" button is used to delete some file from the list. "Remove All" is for deleting all the PDF documents from the list. In "Output Folder" text box, you can input the output directory for the target file manually or find the folder in "Browse for folder" dialog box by clicking the icon. You can check the option "Show output folder when conversion is finished" or "Don't overwrite an output file if it already exists" according to your needs. On the right of the interface, you can see the preview of the PDF document in "Preview" frame.

To set parameters to the output PDF/A-1b document, you should click "Option" button to open the "Option" dialog box which is shown in Figure1. In the dialog box, there is a Tab Control which contains two Tabs. In "Start Action" Tab, there are a spin box and a combo box. In "Start Page" spin box, you can specify the current open page for the target file, which means the target file will be opened from the page you have set. In "OpenAction" combo box, you can choose the scale mode for the target file such as "FitH". If you don't want to use the options listed in the combo box, you can also input one yourself. In "Use the following color space mode" group box, you can check any color space mode from the three given ones.

In "Description" Tab, you are able to set the descriptions for the target PDF/A-1b file such as "Creator", "Producer", "Subject", etc. Then please click the "Apply" button.

You will be back to the main interface of PDF to PDF/A-1b Converter and you should click "Convert" button. A blue progress bar will appear at the bottom of the interface and it will disappear again when the conversion is completed.
