PDF to PDF/A Conversion Tool

The interface of PDF to PDF/A Conversion Tool in Figure1 is given for your better understanding the application. Please see the file list locates in the upper-left corner, which is used to list the PDF document. Below the file list, there are several buttons. "Open" is used to add PDF document to the list from the computer. "Remove" is for removing some files from the list. "Remove All" is just for removing or deleting all the files from the list. If you want to see the preview of some PDF document, please click the file and see the "Preview" frame on the right. In "Output Folder" text box, please input or choose the location for the target file. If you want to check your target file immediately when the conversion is over, please check "Show output folder when conversion is finished" option.

When you click on the "Option" button, you can set some parameters for the target file. Please see "Option" dialog box in Figure2.

You can see a Tab Control in "Option" dialog box. In "Description" Tab, you can edit the basic information for output PDF/A document freely, including "Author", "Creator", "Keywords", "Producer", "Subject" and "Title". When you check "Use the following color space mode" group box, the three options in the group box come to be available. According to your needs, you can choose "Use RGB, CMYK or GRAY ICC profile for device-specific color spaces" option. In "Start Action" Tab, you can set the current open page and the scale mode for the target file. Then please click "Apply" button to save all the changes and you will see the main interface of the application again. Just click "Convert" button to run the conversion.

NOTE: If you don't want to set any parameters to the output PDF/A document, please check "Use quick conversion" option in the main interface of PDF to PDF/A Conversion Tool and click "Convert" button, which will save a lot of time for you.
