You can see the user interface (UI) of PowerPoint to Flash Recorder in Figure1, where there is a PPT file list in the middle. You can add PPT presentations into the list by clicking “Add File(s)” button or dragging the files from the disks to the list. You can also right click the mouse in the file list and choose “Add files” option to add files. “Remove” button is used to remove or delete some PPT file, while “Remove All” is for removing all the image file at a time. We can take FLV as the example of the flash format here. Please choose ".flv" as output format for the conversion from PowerPoint to flash in "Output format" combo box.
Click on "Convert" button and instantly you can see a popup window named as "Browse for folder" which enables you to choose the location for output flash file.
Then please click on "OK" button to close the current window and continue the work.
You are able to see a green progress bar at the bottom of PowerPoint to Flash Recorder user interface. When the conversion is finished, the progress bar will be empty again and you can search for your target files.
