Please see the user interface of PowerPoint to QuickTime Converter in Figure1 in which there is a PPT file list used to list all files to be converted in the middle. Buttons “Add File(s)”, “Remove” and “Remove All” are for adding and removing PPT presentations to or from the list. Two other methods are also available to add files into the table. One is to drag the PPT files into the application, which is considered as the most convenient way. The other is to right click the mouse in the list and choose “Add files” option in dropdown list to add files. The button “About” is used to see the information of the application via a small popup window.
In "Output format" combo box, please choose ".mov" as output format as it is the QuickTime format if you want to convert PowerPoint to QuickTime. Then please click the "Convert" button on the right. You are able to choose a location for the output video file in "Browse for folder" window. To close the window and run the conversion, you should click the "OK" button.
Then you will see a green progress bar at the bottom of the UI of the application. When the conversion is over, the progress bar will be empty again when you can find your target file on your computer.
