BMP to Word OCR Converter

Please see the user interface (UI) of BMP to Word OCR Converter in Figure 1, in which there is an image file list on the left. You can add BMP image files in the list by clicking "Add File(s)" button or dragging the files from the disks to the list. You can also right click the mouse in the file list and choose "Add files" option to add files. "Remove" button is used to remove or delete some image file, while "Remove All" is for removing all the image file at  a time.

If the language in original image is German, please choose the tenth option—"OCR PDF and Image file (Language: German)" in "Output Options", which can use the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to recognize the characters in the BMP image and convert them to editable Word document. In "Output Formats" group box, please click "MS Word Document (*.DOC)" radio button if you want to convert BMP to Word. There is an option named "View after convert" below "PDF Password" group box. If you check it, the output Word document will open automatically after the conversion. If not, you should search the converted file and open it yourself. So checking it is recommended, which can make your work more convenient.

Next please click "Convert" button to specify the directory for output document in "Browse for Folder" dialog box and click "OK" button to run the conversion. A progress bar will appear showed in Figure2 and it will be empty again when the conversion is over.

Several seconds later, you will get the target Word document after the conversion from BMP to Word. Please see the comparison between the original and output file in Figure 3.
