Scanned Image to Word Converter can be used to convert scanned image to Word document. The main interface of Scanned Image to Word Converter is showed in Figure1. You can see a table list locates on the left of the interface, which is used to list waiting scanned image files which need to be converted to Word documents. Three buttons below the list are available. "Add File(s)" can be used to add image files into the list. You can also drag the files into the list, which is the most convenient way. "Remove" button is for deleting existed image file in the table. "Remove All" is used to remove all the files from the list to make it clear.
Before converting scanned image to Word document, you should make sure the language in original image files and choose which language should be chosen in "Output Options" group box. If it is English, please choose the eighth option "OCR PDF and Image file (Language: English)". In "Output Formats" group box, you should choose the format as "MS Word Document (*.DOC)". If you want to browse the output files at the first time after the conversion from scanned image to Word, please check "View after convert". Then click "Convert" button. You can see a dialog box named "Browse for Folder" pops up, in which you can specify the location for output Word document. Then click "OK" button to run the conversion. You can see the progress of the conversion in Figure2. A progress bar can remind you the conversion progress.
Several seconds later, the newly created Word doucments will appear themselves one by one. You will find the conversion is accurate enough that there is no wrong character in new Word document, please see Figure3.
