Please see the user interface of TIFF to Word OCR Converter in Figure 1 in which there is an image file list used to lists all files to be converted on the left. Buttons "Add File(s)", "Remove" and "Remove All" are for adding and removing image files to or from the list. Two other methods are also available to add files into the table. One is to drag the TIFF file into the application, which is considered as the most convenient way. The other is to right click the mouse in the list and choose "Add files" option in dropdown list to add files.
In "Output Options" group box, there are 13 selectable options for you to choose. From the options 1 to 7, you can choose one of the layout format if you want to convert text based PDF document to Word or RTF document. From the options 8 to 13, you can choose the language appearing in original images. In "Output Formats" group box, please choose the output format as "MS Word Document (*.DOC)" if you want to convert TIFF to Word. You'd better check "View after covert" if you want to browse the output document automatically instead of seeking and opening the file yourself after the conversion.
Then click "Convert" button to open "Browse for Folder" dialog box and specify a suitable location for the output document on your computer. The conversion will be launched after clicking on "OK" button in "Browse for Folder" dialog box. Several seconds later, the newly created Word doucment will pop up itself and you can find out there is no wrong character in the document. Please see Figure 3.
