The table in the middle of the window is used to list all the waiting PowerPoint documents. There are five available buttons on the right. The button "Add Files(s)" is for adding the PowerPoint presentation to be converted into the table in the middle. You can also drag the video files into the table list. Right clicking your mouse and choosing "Add files" option can also add PPT documents to the list. "Remove" button is used to delete one or some files out of the table. "Remove All" button is for clearing the file list. The "About" button is designed for users to learn the basic information of the application.
Please see below part of the window. For converting PowerPoint to video, you should choose the right output video format from various options in "Output Format" combo box. To set the frame size of the output video file, you should check "Resize" group box to make it available. Then please input the values in "Width (100-1366)" and "Height (100-768)". For example, the inputted values are "850" and "550". Then you should click the "Convert" button to choose the location for the video files in "Browse for folder" window. After that, please click "OK" button to run the conversion.
The application will run itself and what you need to do is waiting for a short while. The green progress bar appearing at the bottom of the window will give you the conversion progress and it will disappear when the conversion is over.
