The UI of GIF to Excel OCR Converter in Figure1 is given for your better understanding the application. To add GIF image files into the file list on the left of the interface, please click “Add File (s)” button below the list. You can also drag the GIF image files into the list or right click your mouse to choose “Add files” option in dropdown list. If you want to remove some file from the list, please use “Remove” button. The button “Remove All” is used for clear the file list.
On the right, there are one combo box and several group boxes for realize different functions. In the combo box in top right corner, you can choose one language which relates to the language in original image file. For example, the second option: "OCR PDF and Image file (Language: English)". In "Output Options" group box, three output layouts are for your choice. In "Output Formats" group box, you can choose two formats of Excel document—XLS or XLSX. You are recommended to check the option "View after convert", which can help you to view the newly created Excel document automatically. Then please click "Convert" button. The dialog box "Save As" will pop up, please see Figure2. In it you can choose the location for target file. Then click "OK" button to run the conversion from GIF to Excel.
