Please see the user interface of TIFF to Excel OCR Converter in Figure1 in which there is an image file list used to lists all files to be converted on the left. Buttons “Add File(s)”, “Remove” and “Remove All” are for adding and removing image files to or from the list. Two other methods are also available to add files into the table. One is to drag the TIFF file into the application, which is considered as the most convenient way. The other is to right click the mouse in the list and choose “Add files” option in dropdown list to add files.
Before the conversion, please check the language in original TIFF image file. Then choose a related language in the combo box in top right corner of the interface.
Then please follow the steps below.
(1) Choose one output layout in "Output Options" group box.
(2) Select a suitable output format in "Output Formats" group box.
(3) Click "Convert" button to open "Save As" dialog box.
(4) Specify the location for output Excel document in "Save As" dialog box.
(5) Click "OK" button.
The conversion from TIFF to Excel will run itself and a progress bar will remind you the conversion progress. Please see Figure2.
Several seconds later, the newly created Excel doucment will pop up itself and you can find out there is no wrong character in the document. Please see the comparison of orignal image and new Excel document in Figure3.
