The main interface in Figure1 can give you the acquaintance to the application. There is a table locating in the middle of the interface, which is used to list all the PowerPoint files needed converting. You can add files by clicking “Add files” button or dragging the PowerPoint files into the table from your computer. Right clicking in the list and choosing “Add files” option is also available to realize the same function. For adding all the files in one folder to the application, please click “Add folder” button. You can also remove image file one by one by clicking “Remove files” button or remove all the files by clicking “Clear files” button.
The next step is to click the "Setting" button below the table to set your options in the newly bounced "Option" window in which there is a main Tab control that contains eight sub Tabs. Firstly, please click "Basic Setting" Tab for the output settings. You can choose "Use MS Office for conversion" or "Don't use MS Office for conversion" option according to your system. There are also three check boxes offered for your choice and you can choose any one of them to have a check. In "Convert to" combo box, please select the output format as ".PDF". If you want to set some other parameters for the converted PDF document, just click other Tabs. Then click "OK" button to back to the main interface. Please see the "Option" window in Figure2.
You will see the interface of PowerPoint to PDF Converter again and please click "Convert to Any and Save As" button. The popup "Browse for folder" window enables you to choose a location to save the output PDF document. Then please click "OK" button to end the choosing. When the conversion from PowerPoint to PDF is over, you can check the PDF document at once by opening appointed output directory.
